| Havent been blogging since my last paper. haha. guess i'm too busy enjoying my hols? haha. Anyway, time for some updates. Straight after my last paper, i went to HK with my family and cousin's family with my newborn niece. Spend 6 days at HK shoppping, eating and sight-seeing. Went to a lot of places and took a lot of pictures! haha. It was a nostalgic feeling for me cuz i went to HK exactly 10 yrs ago with CSS choir. There are some changes after 10 yrs, most notably it's the ppl. haha. I realised now most HK ppl can speak chinese and english! That time, we had difficulty bargaining and buying things. Now it's no longer a problem. haha. We also went to Shenzhen, China for 1 day. The security there is not very good so we didnt spend much time over there. Think my family spent a lot for this HK trip, bought a lot of things back home and came back with a lot of big bags. haha. It was a great trip with the only pity that we didnt go to Macau due to some traffic or weather problems. Hope to go on more trips *hinting my parents* haha. And hopefully girl can go with us next time. =) After coming back from HK, my choir competition practices began on every Mon, Wed and Thurs. It's qt an impt competition for us so training will be qt tough unlike VV. For my sectionals, we had to sing individually so as to make sure everyone knows his part. It also helps to build confidence and be independent of other singers ard u. I still lack confidence though i know the notes. I must practice and sing out more. *stressed* The plan for the extension is also ready. Now waiting for reply from iris and also the coach and flight agencies, then we can book the tix and accomodation le. Pray that everything will go smoothly. Will be visiting Milan and Rome and will be back by 18th June. just nice. =) Went to KTV with girl on thurs. First time ktv with her. haha. It's been some time since i last went ktv-ing so i tried out some new songs. My fav has to be Tong Hua - the song on my blog. haha. Then Sat, i finally went for C.V prac after so long. Nice to see everyone back also. We have some plans coming up, hopefully it will proceed smoothly. Then at nite, went to watch the Friday 13th movie marathon with girl. Actually it was only screened on fri 13th itself, but later due to popular demand, it opened on sat also and i managed to get the tix! haha. The 3 movies were House of Wax, Amityville Horror and Cursed. Amityville was the best among the 3, quite scry. haha. Think $25 was qt worth the money for the 3 movie + free-flow popcorn and drinks though we didnt ate much. haha. Great weekend spent with girl! =) Liyan just flew off to US le (1pm) Wish him a safe journey and hope he will have fun over there. Take care, bro. See ya in 2 months time. Bon Voyage! |
