| This morning went to sch to go for AEP at Chung Cheng High(branch). Had some warm-ups and practice at Dt before we board the bus there. The school was really damn old and small. poor strudents. They dun even have a proper assembly hall so we gotta sing in a makeshift hall. The makeshift hall was very open but luckily it has a low ceiling so the acoustics was not so bad. We were very early, we did a sound check and run thru all the songs and still got a lot of time left. haha. Finally, the bell rang and the students came for assembly. I was very nervous, cuz i'm singing the solo part for Lonesome Road which is the first song. Damn Stressed! Eventually, I did made some mistakes during the song but hopefully it's not too obvious. sigh... i sux, man! Then we carried on with the next 4 songs and Jo did a very good job at getting the students involved. =) I personally like Yuki Tokeru but we could have sung it better. haha. A job well done, guys! *pats everyone* Next, FIC... haha.
Then after AEP, we toook bus back to sch and went over to MPSH2 to help out at the matric booth. Each ECA is only allowed 4 passes and we got too many ppl so me and liyi went in to get another 2 passes from Weylign and Xiugui to get Shihui and Chaiyen in. When we successfully got in, Liyi went to rescue Sam. haha. So in the end we got 7 ppl ard Choir booth. haha. CFA and NUSSU ppl were ard to catch those w/o pass so we gotta act discreet or act as freshie. haha. So i acted as freshie and went ard to see other booths and i really fooled them into believing i'm a freshie. haha. I returned back with a lot of flyers and a goodie bag. haha. Then the others took turns to go ard actign as freshies and also return with a lot of things. haha. It was vey tiring to get the freshies to sigh and distribute out the flyers. Wonder how am i gonna tahan for the whole day tmr. Tmr will be Matric day for SoC freshies so will get to see some familiar faces. Hope to psycho some of them to join. haha. Tmr will manning the booth with fellow SoCian Xiugui, Mich Pang, Weizheng and maybe our dear Prez, Weyling. =) Tmr got Course Briefing for SoC freshies too but i couldnt go help out cuz will be at Matric Fair. sorry, Wahine guys... Just got my core modules, 2102,2103 and ST2334. So now left with 2 more modules. Plannign to take a biz gem and maybe malay or some sci modules. Still havent decide yet. sigh.. All the bidding stuff making me go nuts. At least i got my core modules liaoz. shall see how when it's time to bid for the other 2 modules. Watched Smallville Season 2 Finale just now. So sad that Clark and Lana always cant be together. =( There was this scene where Clark was at the airport with a rose, wantign to give it to Lana before she leaves. But suddenly, Lex popped out and he gave Lana a hug which i think Clark misunderstood. Lana caught a glimpse of Clark but when she went over to find him, he was gone and the rose was on the floor. so sad!!! sigh... anyway, think smallville is getting nicer and i cant wait to watch the next season. =) Somebody save me...... |

| Just changed my blog skin. got tired of my prev doggie one. haha. Hmm... took this colorgenics test and the result is really quite accurate. haha. so do you guys think it's accurate abt me? Nothing much to write today so just post this test results. Going to zzZZ liaoz.. Nitez everyone... *yawn*

| Hmm... today is a boring day for me. did nothing much today. Had AEP prac this morning and went to build float with Slayers after that. I finally finish learning all the AEP songs and i think we will be ready by next week. Maybe only Pretty Woman needs a bit more prac and fine-tuning. I'm singing solo for That Lonesome Road! Very stressed sia! O_O" Wanted to give singing solo a shot so didnt pushed it to other ppl to sing it. haha. Hope i dun cock up next week. *fingers crossed* As for Pretty Woman, i'm a bit worried that i might cock up the "na na na.." part cuz i need to be qt warmed up to sing the very high notes. *squeeze ball* haha. =P Hope i dun screw that up too. After AEP prac, i stayed back with Tyng and Mich Pang to learn the FIC songs that i still dunno. I managed to learn 2 songs. Thanx Tyng and Mich! =) Hope i will be able to catch with what i miss during the prev FIC practices. I got my payslip and my additional pay from CaiYan today. $$$! haha. Finally, my pay tally with what i calculated. I thought i was shortchanged for my pay, luckily nv kena cheated. haha. Got my seal also. Very nice! =) Thanx Mingzhi and Wanxuan!
After AEP prac, i went to LT 27 to help bulid float with my OG. The Slayers who came are Deborah, Joseph, Vianne, Andre and me + Isaac (who is the Rag IC). Not bad, almost full attendance, only absentees are Mark and Alvin(both working) + Sherleen(who is going to Sci). Actually didnt do much today also, we mainly helped to paste the Dragon's scales onto it's body only. Got scalded by the hot glue several times. *ouch* and it was damn shagged to use the hot glue gun to squeeze the bloody glue onto the scales. haha. After finishing our work, we stayed ard and played those "qian bian" games. haha. Qt fun to play these games once a while, exercising my rusty brain and have a good laugh or 2. =) Sigh... Still havent decide what modules to take esp. cross-fac and gem modules. Really dunno what modules are interesting or easy to score. I need to really pull up my CAP this sem, if not i might not get to wear that mortar board at the end of 3 years. haha. So NUS ppl got any recommendations? Hmm... choir has been busy recently. But I've settled most of the things i need to settle liaoz so now i can shift more attention to my FOW. Gonna be juggling Choir and FOW for the next 2 weeks, hope i'll survive. haha. National Day coming soon but i'll miss the NDP cuz i'll be going to Penang with my family. This is the 1st time i missed NDP in my life. haha. I remember i used to watch the fireworks with my neighbours along the corridor at my old flat in Holland Drive. Commandos is the Best Combat Unit this year after 2 barren years, so they will be marching in No. 1 uniform on NDP. sigh. how i wish it was my year that we won it. Chance of a lifetime gone all becuz of our bloody mechanics and drivers screwing us up during their vehicle inspection! Anyway, i feel very happy and proud to see the Red Berets at the top again. Feel proud to be a Red Beret too. It's also a chance of a lifetime to be one. Thanx to whoever made me one -- GOD? SAF? Commandos, u make us proud. For Honour and Glory! |

| yOz Everyone, i'm back again! haha. This time back from Pulau Redang! Met up with my frenz at Kranji MRT and took a bus to Larkin Bus Terminal in JB then change to a coach to Terengganu. We bought our bus tix at JB cuz it was cheaper but a bit more troublesome. haha. The bus ride was abt 8 hrs! Slept most of the journey there and had 2 rest stops along the way. Finally, after reaching Terengganu, we still have to change to another coach to reach the jetty and transfer to a ferry to Pulau Redang. the ferry ride was abt 1 hr. so i think in total the whole journey took abt 10 hrs! O_O"
After enduring the long long journey to Redang, we finally reached Laguna Redang Island Resort! It is the 2nd Best resort over there 2nd only to Berjaya(as usual) and of course the price is also qt steep lah. haha. Once i reached Laguna, i immediately went to take pics of the resort and More More Tea Inn! Scared no time to take photos mah. haha. Not wanting to waste much time, after settling down into our rooms, we went for our lunch. It was buffet lunch and we ate a lot. haha. After lunch, we immediately went to rent snorkelling goggles and life vests to prepare to go for the snorkelling trip at 2.30pm. haha. so it was kinda rush for us so more Laguna resort was very crowded with ppl. sigh.. dunno y this time of the year still got so many ppl come here for hols. So at 2.30pm, we went to the jetty and board the ferry to some open waters to snorkel! While snorkelling, i saw a lot of corals, some are much nicer than the ones i saw when i went Tioman the other time. The sea water is very clear and blue, unlike S'pore's dirty green sea waters. Too bad, i didnt get to see anything very interesting or spectacular during this snorkelling session. No turtles, no charks, no manta rays, no gigantic fish. haha. So after abt 1-2 hrs of snorkelling, we had to board back the ferry and go back to Laguna. Soon it was time to eat again, it's Dinner time! haha. All meals over there are buffet, so again we took too much food and the food was really NOT nice so we played Zhong Ji Mi Ma to finish the food. Btw leftovers are charged at RM10/100g. haha. The food sux!!! Me and junwei took a walk along the beach after dinner and tried to explore the other side of the island and other resorts. We took some pics of the scenery and sea view too. Later in the evening, the rest joined us and we went walk walk and take pics again. haha. We bought nothing much but some tidbits, snacks and drinks for the nite. Btw the water at Redang is REALLY very not potable! The Chlorine taste is so strong that even the swimming pool water also no fight compared to it. The damn bloody chlorine taste still remains even after boiling it. kaoz. so we bo bian have to buy mineral water for comsumption. At nite, everyone was tired, only a few of us stayed up for some time to play cards. haha. Everyone slept very soundly after a very tiring day. haha. The next day, the guys woke up late for breakfast while the girls woke up early to take pics in their graduating gowns. -.-" Breakfast was much better than lunch and dinner. =) After a heavy breakfast, we went back to change to go for another snorkelling trip at 9.30am. haha. This time we are going to Marine Park where the part of the sea is bounded and conserved. This time, we managed to see a very BIG Groupa. The guide said it was 4 feet long and it was really HUGE and SCARY! i tried diving down to get close to the Giant Groupa and it was staring at me with it's teething showing when i went down. So scary! Yikes! haha. too bad no one has a waterproof underwater camera other wise we could take a lot of pics of corals and fishes! There was a lot more fishes at Marine Park compared to the prev snorkelling area. We brought along some bread(from breakfast! haha!) to feed the fishes. haha. When the fishes swim up to eat the bread, we could managed to touch the fishes. haha. but it was always a brief touch before the fish swims away very quickly. Again no sight of turtles, sharks or manta rays cuz it's a conserved and bounded area. But i had a little bit of luck on my way back to Laguna on the ferry. I managed to see a turltle swimming in the sea while i'm on the ferry! How i wish i could just jump off the ferry and get close to the turtle. haha. sigh. too bad i cant. =( Soon it was lunch, we had our usual sucky, super cannot-make-it buffet lunch and then went to More More Tea Inn- made famous by Ritchie Ren and Sammi Cheng in Xia Ri Mo Mo Cha. Now the More More Tea Inn is no longer a teahouse, only the 2nd floor is still a small cafe while the 1st floor is made into a sourvenir shop. So we went in to have a look and also shop for sourvenirs. We didnt bring money with us so we just see what we want to buy and later in the afternoon we would come back to buy it. After that, we all went to the sea to play some Monkey with the soccer ball that we rented. Actually we just wanted to soak in the sun and beautiful sea water. haha. After that, we went to the swimming pool to soak some more. haha. Then after that we went back to our rooms to rest to prepare for the next snorkelling trip at 2.30pm. haha. There are 2 time slots of snorkelling everyday, 9.30am and 2.30pm. We wanted to make full use of the rented snorkelling goggles and life vests so we decided to go for snorkelling for the 3rd time! haha. Anyway, each time we go snorkelling, it's a different place so we will get to see diff things. This time the ferry brought us to some nearer area. There was not as much fishes as Marine Park, we did managed to see clown fishes! NEMO! haha. they look so cute! haha. but too bad we cant catch them to have a closer look cuz the plant that they hide in stings. Saw some big fishes also but dunno their names. haha. Saw one BIG louhan lookalike fish with a huge bump on the head. haha. After snorkelling, we went back and went to walk around the beach again. Actually we wanted to go for the Banana Boat ride and Canoeing but the weather was not good and the sea was very rough so we couldnt do both activity. damn! Thus time we to jalan jalan along the beach. This time we walked further to the other side of the island and had some rojak and ice kacang at a stall. We even restock our tidbits and drinks at some minimart. We walked back to have dinner after that. Dinner was bbq that day, got qt a few bbq food and also satay! haha. we took a lot a lot of satay! wah. Imagine satay selling at 40 cents per stick in S'pore while over here we get to eat as many as we like! woohoo! shiok! We went back to our room to wash up and change before going back to More More Tea Inn to buy our sourvenirs. I bought a yellow T-shirt with the More More Tea Inn logo on it. The things sold there are very ex, so i didnt buy anything more. We also took pics of the gorgeous nite scenery. After that, we went to the disco cum ktv lounge for ktv! haha. The room are priced at RM30 per hr, so we decided to sing in the main hall since there are not muhc ppl ard. haha. so just need to buy a drink and we could sing til 12am. After 12am, it was disco and no more ktv at the lounge. we went back to our rooms after ktv. It was raining very heavily when we came out of the lounge so we borrowed umbrellas from the lobby. We ran back to our rooms cuz the umbrella couldnt block the rain at all with strong winds blowing. Unfortunately, Yinghui slipped and fell but luckily she was alrite and only suffered a sprained finger and bruised knees. poor gal! We got ice from the lounge for her to ice her swollen finger. Then after that, again, we played cards but this time everyone played. haha. We played Ass-hole Big 2 and it was very fun! Teck Leong was very suay to always have the worst seat and kena bullied by us. haha. so funny! =P Sadly it was our nite here liaoz, i actually dun feel like sleeping but everyone was too tired to last thru the nite so in the end everyone went to sleep... The next day, we woke up late for breakfast again. haha. We packed our bags and checked out our rooms. Then we went to take more pics before we board the last ferry at 12.30pm. So sad to be leaving so soon! ='( Eevrything seemed to pass so fast! how i wish we could spend one more day there. We board the ferry and waved goodbye to Pulau Redang... After reaching mainland Terengganu, we went to buy sourvenirs at the stalls near the jetty. It was definitely much much cheaper than those sold at More More Tea Inn. I bought some small bottles with nice sea shells in it and also a bracelet?(those accessory that u wear ard your wrist). Then after that, we board a min-van and drove towards the bus terminal. Halfway, we stopped at some roadside stall to buy some local food products. I bought some kind of fried fish for my Dad cuz he said he wanted to eat that. =) Since our bus going back to S'pore is only coming at 8.30pm. We had time to go ard exploring the streets of Terengganu. Actually there's nothing to shop or see cuz a lot of shops were closed cuz it was the B-day of their Sultan thus a public holiday. so good! y S'pore no Sultan! haha. We bought some small snacks and kuehs along the way and also stopped at a stall to have Goreng Pisang. =) We had dinner at some road side stall also. We had red laksa, white laksa and nasi lemak. The nasi lemak was nice! yummy! =) Then we went back to the bus terminal and board the bus back to S'pore.... Again, i slept all the way thru out the journey. We had 2 rest stops and we reached S'pore at ard 7 plus today. Upon reaching home., i changed and went for choir AEP prac. Damn tired..... So that's what i did during my Redang trip. hope u guys dun spoil your eyes reading all this. haha. =P Touchdown at Laguna Redang Island Resort!  The Famous More More Tea Inn! | I'm back to S'pore! Had a wondeful 2-day trip to Melaka with Renyu, Vianne and Shiya! We took a S$11 bus (Singapore-Melacca Ekspress) from Lavender straight to Melaka. The bus journey was long and boring so we played cards on th bus to keep us entertained. haha. Finally after 5 long hours, we reached Melaka! Then Renyu called Xiugui to meet us and bring us ard Melaka. haha. We waited qt long at Tesco Shopping Centre and was so hungry that we nearly ate at Sweet Recipe before Xiugui came in time to stop us and brought us to eat Hainanese Chicken Rice. Actually we wanted to eat nonya Laksa but the stall wzas closed when we reached there so we had to settle for Chicken Rice. Then Xiugui's 2 other frenz came to join us for lunch, Christine and a guy(oops. i forgot his name. sorry!). After lunch, Xiugui brought us to tourist attractions in Melaka. We went to the old Dutch Red Houses, the old St Francis Church, Famosa, and the Old Istana. We also went ard the town area with Christine describing the diff famous Melaka places to us, like Portuguese Town, Schools, Temples, Churches, Melaka's Little India, Jonker Walk, and places with good food! haha. After that, we went to Xiugui's hse to put down our luggage and had a rest before dinner. We expected her hse to be filled with trophies and medals but it was WAY WAY over our expectations! She had her stairs hanging full with medals all the way up! and also 3 layers of shelves for her countless trophies and also trophies on her piano! FWAH! we were all stunned and shcoked and were "wah-ing" away after seeing all her achievements. Simply Incredible! haha. I think she has more medals trohpies than anyone one i know or anyone in Melaka, Malaysia and even S'pore and her hse can be considered a Tourist Attraction in Melaka. haha! Then after that Xiugui brought us to Ikan Bakaar together with Christine and Joanne to have seafood for dinner and we sure ordered a lot! We had Sweet n Sour Fish, Sambal Sotong, Prawns, Bamboo-like shell thingy, Otah-Otah, Satay, Sambal Kang Kong, Black Pepper Crabs and also nasi lemak rice! wow! what a feast! Ate like a king and was damn full at the end of dinner. haha. Though we ordered so much it only cost RM150 and there's 7 of us! so damn cheap! Murah Murah! haha. In S'pore it would have been S$150 instead. After that we continued to tour ard Melaka and Christine intro us to some nightspots and places where ppl hang out and chill at nite. Then after that we went for supper! Omg! haha. We went to have Satay Celup at some famous stall. Satay Celup is sticks of food which one dips in satay peanut sauce. Delicious! haha. Melaka is famous for this dish. After a very super heavy dinner and supper, we finally went back to Xiugui's hse. Everyone was very tired by then after a long day and all slept early.
The next day, we woke up at 9am and went to have Dim Sum for breakfast! We tried many diff dishes, Ha kau, Siew Mai, Char Siew Pau, Lo Mai Kai, Century Egg Porridge, some pork thingy, Spring Roll, Chee Cheong Fan and also Chinese Tea. What a spread! And it only cost RM28!!! kaoz. In S'pore it would have been S$28 per person! Murah Murah! haha. Next, continue our sight-seeing ard Melaka and also went to Mahkota Shopping Centre, Melaka's Biggest and the only that can make it Shopping Centre. It's quite big with many shops but i only bought 2 T-shirts for RM35. Murah! haha. The rest didnt buy much also while Shiya was disappointed that they dun sell the JAp Drama VCDs that she wants. We played some game at the Arcade and also shared a Cotton Candy. haha. Then after that we proceed to have lunch! After missing out on NOnya Laksa yesterday, we finally got to taste it today! The laksa was really delicious! so was the Cendol! Yummy! haha. Didnt had enuff of the Cendol when we left the place. =( haha. Amd again we continue touring Melaka, we went to some Hotel(forgot the name. oops... haha.) and have a short stroll on the beach before playing at the Hotel's playground. haha. The Hotel resembles Rasa Sentosa. haha. While walking past the restaurant in the lobby, me and Xiugui saw "Lamb Kut Teh" on the menu and we were wondering how it taste like. O_O" haha! Soon it was time to eat again! Dinner time! haha. We practically ate and toured for our whole trip! For dinner, we went to a Pasar Malam. Wow, their Pasar Malam is mich bigger than those here. The things they sell are mostly food and is very diff from the ones here. So for dinner, we went ard the Pasar Malam to buy diff kinds of food to share. We bought Cai Tau Kway, some Ketupat thingy, Fish Crackers, Corn, Taiwan Sausages, Ramlee Burgers, PohPiahs, BBQ Chicken, Fried Chicken, Fishballs, Kebab, and also my RM2 Murtabak! RM2 for a Murtabak, can u believe it!!! haha. We went to Christine's place to have all these food but in the end we couldnt finish all of them. haha. After dinner, we went to catch Mean Girls at the cinema at Mahkota. RM7 for a movie, can u believe it!!! Murah! haha. This show should be meant for girls with all the bitching and girl-girl interpersonal relations stuff. haha. But it was a nice movie. =) After movie, we then went to Sampang, a chill-out place by the sea. I ordered an XXL HoneyDew Milk which was as big as those ones which Fish and Co sells. haha. We played the "24" card game and the loser would have to take a big gulp of the XXL drink. haha. After a while it drizzled a bit and we changed to a sheltered table and hang ard there til it closed at 1am. That was our last place of the day and we went back to Xiugui's place. At her place, she showed us her photo albums and we were all guessing who her bf is. haha. She was so embarassed and didnt want to show us her photos anymore cuz we keep teasing her. haha. In the end, thanx to Christine, we managed to find out who he is. haha. Aiyo, got such a nice bf, y hide? haha. Everyone slept after that but Vianne couldnt sleep. I also dun wanan sleep cuz it was our last nite in Melaka. haha. So we chatted thru out the nite. Talked abt all kind of shit from Star Search to WWE. haha! Then the next morning, we woke up at 7am, washed up, packed our stuff, got readyand left at 745am. Our bus was leaving at 8am so we didnt had time for breakfast. haha. So sad to be leaving Melaka after 2 very enjoyable days. but good things always have to come to an end. So we took some pics at the bus terminal, had some handshakes and hugs. We finally had to leave so we waved goodbye to Xiugui and Christine from the bus. so sad! Goodbye Melaka! It was definitely one of my most memorable overseas trips. I really had a great time there and it was a very wonderful experience. Wanna thanx Xiugui and Christine for their kind hospitality and being host to us, for sacrificing their precious time to bring us ard to sight-see and EAT! haha. Thanx Xiugui's parents for letting us stay at their hse which helped us save a lot of money. haha. Thanx Joanne for joining us on the first day though u are busy working. Finally, wanna thanx my trip mates for making this trip a very enjoyable one also! without u all, there wun be any fun! haha. Thanx everyone! haha. Melaka Rox! haha. =) Dinner at Ikan Bakar! So much food!  Xiugui's countless medals and trophies! Fwah!  Nonya Laksa and Cendol for lunch! Yummy!  Dim Sum for Breakfast!

| Had a Wahine outing on thurs. It's been qt some time since we had an outing. haha. But only a few of us were able to make it for this outing, me, joelle, vianne, renyu, junxian and teck leep. Shiya, peiwen, stella and xiugui were not free. First we went to a Penang restaurant at Atrium near Creative to have buffet lunch. Joelle is currently working there and she say the food there is nice so we decided to give it a shot. Indeed the food was nice, i like the char kway tiao, the kuehs and the nasi lemak. haha. Ate until damn full and we stayed to chat after the lunch period was over. Then after that we went to Chevron for bowling. Everyone was a bit rusty during the first game but form picked up during the 2nd game. Strikes and Spares were everywhere. damn exciting. haha. After throwing our money down the lanes, we were deciding on either movie or ice-skate. i wanted to catch Windstruck but Antz wanted to skate. Then in the end, due to a mistake by turQ, we went to skate. =( it was a mistake! haha. The skating ring was very empty, at one time we were the only ones in the ring skating! so boring! we skated til abt 6 plus then sat down to discuss for very long on whether to go ktv or not. haha. After much discussion, we finally went K-Box to sing! We went for the K Golden package, 7pm-3am! 8 hrs of singing! can die! haha. Halfway thru, Antz gotta leave so we called Michele and peiwen to come sing. They came but only for while before peiwen had to leave also then followed by michele. so we called Uncle to come sing also. haha. it's like taking turns to come sing, only me, turQ and renyu are the only ones which stayed all the way. haha. Then finally after singing at 3am, Unlce drove us to Jurong West to have breakfast/supper. haha. Everyone was half-dead by then esp. renyu and turQ. As usual, turQ was the crazy one laughing, due to lack of sleep and medicine. 吃药了! haha. After slacking til ard 5 am, we went to JE mrt to wait for the first train and went home after that. What a day! Then next morning, turQ gotta work at 1030. Wonder how she got the energy to work. luckily i'm working at 1pm so was able to sleep more but was damn tired too. Was happy that i'm posted to work at Sepcialist Shopping Centre cuz it's near my hse, no irritating kids, got colleague to tok to, it's in orchard and earlier working hours. haha. After work, met up with turQ to go sch for FOW meeting. She's working at Isetan so met her and went together. We were late for the meeting cuz she knock off form work late. haha. Tied up the the loose ends and sorted out everything during the meeting. Then me, turQ, Antz and zhigen went redhill for supper. haha. Been a very long and tiring 2 days. haha. tiredz............ |

| yOz~ i'm back! Wow, it's been 3 weeks since i last blogged. haha. Was really occupied for the last 3 weeks so didnt have time to blog. So much things happened during this 3 weeks and i dunno how to begin. ok i shall start with my 1st ICT.
18th June - 26th June: Went back to Hendon Camp for my 1st ICT. Was very excited and happy when i went back. Got to see many good old frenz esp. my bunch of crazy platoon mates but sad thing is that many ppl didnt came back due to some reasons. Overall the whole ICT was not shiong at all. We had super boring lectures(which i slept thru all of them! haha.), 2 days of outfield and mission and some PT. The PT was very fun though qt shiong for some, we even wanted to test the limits of our SOF CO by shouting "more!" after every exercise. haha. Think we are the most "siao on" and noisy bunch of NSmen ever. haha. Reservist was supposed to be slack and relax but everyone was very enthusiastic but we knew when to relax and slack also. We played soccer almost everyday and had night's off every nite. Got to taste Changi Village's good food! yummy! We played poker, ate ice-cream, cooked combat ration, picked durians and slept at the training shed during outfield exercises. Some of the older NSmen even brought cooking oil to deep-fry chicken! kaoz! haha. NSmen is indeed very diff from NSF. haha. At the end of the ICT, i left with a sense of unwillingness, cuz this ICT was like a chalet and a get-together session for all of us. Really gonna miss my buddies. But will get see them next year again! Countdown to ROD! 5 more ICT! woohoo! For Honour and Glory! 28th June - 1 July: SoC Summer Camp! Was in Band of Roving Slayers with OGLs Andre and Issac and OGAs, me, vianne and alvin and attached camp comm, Shawn. really pity that Joelle didnt join us for the camp. Our OG also have 4 freshies, Joseph(Best Slayers Freshman), Mark(Fellow Commando), Deborah(Sherleen's good fren) and Sherleen(My OG's chiobu!). Sherleen was from Sci but she joined this camp to accompany Deborah. haha. Anyway, i came late cuz i went for voice classes at CFA so didnt get to play those silly ice-breaker games with my OG. In the afternoon, we went to Sentosa for the rest of the camp. Sadly, my OG was a bit not very on and quiet. So the OGLs and OGAs tried very hard to get them involve and be more lively and happening. haha. In the end, me and the other OGAs came up with the cheers instead of the freshies. sigh.. We came up with a very creative and original Mambo-spinning cheer. haha. Was very fun when we did that cheer. haha. =D On the first nite, the freshies had SP nite. They were blindfolded and were brought together to their respective SPs and had to spent time chatting. then the OGLs and OGAs will try to make fun of them, play tricks and pranks such as putting the girl's hand over the guy's. haha. so fun to see their reactions and embarassment. haha. The next day, we had The Amazing Race(TAR) and i was station IC at one of the checkpoint. was qt boring to be station IC, i wanted to go run abt with the OG but all OGAs had to be sattion ICs as there were not enuff manpower. sigh. During TAR, my OG really know how to enjoy themselves cuz they went to Jack's Place for lunch! OG outing during camp! kaoz! haha. They are really Band of the Roving "Slackers". haha. In the end, we were last OG to finish the TAR. haha. best liaoz but expected. On the 2nd nite, i was again arrowed to be "ghost" for the nite walk. haha. But it was very fun to scare ppl esp. when u did a very convincing job. haha. I was stationed in the first "haunted" house with skybear and milkyway. In our station, every pair who came in will have to go the a table at one corner of the room, read the book on it and give skybear(gatekeeper) the password. So i stationed myself behind the table, the whoel room was pitch dark and they had only a cylum stick so they couldn't see me behind the table. so i would wait til they read halfway and i would spring out from behind the table and scare them! haha. All but 1 pair were scared by me, some even fell back or screamed like hell! haha. so damn funny but qt evil also. haha. Then when they proceed to the back of the room they will be scared by milkyway so u would hear 2 loud screams at our station. haha. Then on the 3rd day, we had skit presentation, beach games and telematch. We manged to put up a very good skit and made the audience enjoyed it. And again, all OGAs were station ICs for beach games so i didnt get to play the games with my OG. sigh.. but managed to play the telematch with OG. Eevn though we didnt win the telelmatch cuz we had so few ppl in our OG, we were very glad that everyone tried their best. =) Then at nite, it was beach party and finale of the camp at Bora Bora, milkyway invited a DJ to play music for the party and the seniors brought lots of alcohol! woohoo! Last year, i didnt join in to dance cuz the music sux. This year the music was better and i join the rest to dance and party. haha. Felt weird dancing in an open space by the beach. haha. too bad it ended at ard 1am only. so i went to our chalet and wait to see the Euro semi-final match between Holland and Portugal. only a few of us watched while the rest were too tired to watch. Then the last day, we went back to sch for prize presentation. and Slayers won the best skit! woohoo! well done, guys! Slayers Rox! After everything, we stayed to look at some of the pics and vids taken during the camp and had the hand-shake tradition ceremony to break off the camp. Trully enjoyed myself during the camp and looking forward to the OG outings coming up and also next year's Summer camp! haha. 2nd July: Went K-Box for KTV from 8pm to 3am! It was a fri so it was kinda more ex than weekdays. Even though we sang for 7 hrs, it was still not enuff! haha. Shall go on a weekday next time and go at 7pm sharp. haha. Went to Teck Leong's place after ktv to slack til 6am then took bus home. Poor Teck Leong, he had to tolerate(which he is very willing to.. haha.) miaoxian's demand. He cooked noodles and sausages for us while we all just sit on the sofa and slept. haha. So ktv anyone? 4th July: Met Andy, QQ and Ang at IMM Giant to buy food for bbq. I always like to shop in big supermarkets with a trolley. haha. so fun. After buying all the stuff we need, andy made da mistake of the day by inserting the trolley the wrong way and got his $1 stucked. haha. it was a bit embarassing but luckily in the end he managed to solve the problem with the help of the Giant staff. Then the 4 of us shared a cab down to Sentosa. Was back to the same place where i had my camp at. haha. Upon reaching, yan havent arrive so we didnt dare to get the keys from the office cuz we were waiting for yan to coem to fight with the staff abt the $80. haha. In the end, jenn went to get the keys and the staff didnt ask us abt the $80. haha. yeah! After settling down, QQ and jenn went into the kitchen and marinated the chicken and food. After that, we all went down to the beach to play volleyball and try to get a tan out of what is left of the day before the sun sets. haha. In the evening, we started to bbq! Junie, yilin, bui, fush and justina came at nite while flo and yiting flew us kite. The food was nice but we had a lot left so we played a poker game which ang intro to us. Forgot what it's called liaoz, i shall call it "24". haha cuz the game goes liek this. 4 cards will be revealed and everyone have to either - + / or x the 4 cards to get 24. no same card can be used twice and all 4 cards must be used. haha. it's qt an interesting game which requires one to think. haha. We played until it was tiem to watch the Euro Final. sigh... Lost quite a bit for that match. Stoopid Greece!! argh!!! kelong!!! 5th July: The next morning, after checking out of the chalet, we went to the beach to meet flo, yiting and shuhui for volleyball and also for ivy to have her tan. haha. Too bad the good weather only lasted a while and we went to some chalet to hide from the rain. We slacked ard til ard 4pm then we washed up and went Seah Im Food Centre for dinner. Me, andy and shuhui had a very funny converstaion with flo during dinner. haha. We went home after that. But afte ru reached home i changed and went out again for my OG outing! Felt a bit guilty for missing choir prac and voice class wile i went for OG outing instead. sorry guys! =P Actually there was a combine OG outing for the Band of Roving Arcaknights in the morning but i was at chalet so didnt go for it. They went for ktv at K-Box then went ice-skating and play pool all the way into the evening. Then our only 2 Slayers representatives broke off with them and came to meet us at cineleisure for our OG outing dinner and movie. We ate at pastamania but i didnt eat cuz was still very full from Seah Im Food centre. Really glad to see the whole OG came plus Joelle and Keng Hock also. haha. Had a great dinner and then after that we split up into 2 groups to watch movie. One grp wacthing Spidey 2 while the other grp watching Undead cuz they have already watched Spidey 2. The Undead grp were complaining abt Joseph ordering tix for this sucky movie w/o telling them. haha. And indeed after the movie, they confirmed it was a very BAD movie. haha. Poor Joseph.. Anyway, wanna thanx Joseph for organising this outing and also everyone for comign to our very first OG outing. haha. Looking forward to the mass outing and more Slayers outing! =D So that's what i've been doing for the past 3 weeks. This is gonna to be my longest ever post again. haha. wah.. feeling very tired now after spending almost 3 hrs writing all these. Shall go zzZZZ liaoz... will update more often now. haha. =) |
